All our products are handmade and hand painted by skilled Hands of Pari, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Tool marks and slight imperfections are part of the process and evidence of hand working, polishing and coating with a special protective layer.

Yes you can place your orders over phone but we recommend you to please follow the steps in the online checkout process on the website.
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be sent an order confirmation number through an email from Artistrybypari (www.artistrybypari.com), to your registered email address.
You can log-in to our website and check the “My Account” section to see the status of your package.
We maintain dedicated stock of the items listed on our website. The product detail page will tell you exactly how many pieces are available for purchase. You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing/modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.
Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
We accept all MasterCard, VISA, Cash Cards, Net banking (domestic only) and Debit Cards. We also accept American Express Cards.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secure payment gateway. (An online real-time authorization is done through the payment gateway)
Your order will be billed in INR(Indian Rupees). All the prices shown on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees).
In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address, which is used, for your credit card. You can change the same anytime by logging into your account.
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 1-3 working days to process your order. However if the quantities ordered are in bulk it may take longer to process the order. In such cases we keep you posted through email. In case of International deliveries your order will take approximately 1-3 weeks to reach you after dispatch from our warehouse in New Delhi. All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, DTDC or Bluedart. All international orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL.

All artistrybypari.com orders are shipped door to door, via FedEx, DTDC, DHL or Bluedart from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address.

In case of International and domestic deliveries FedEx/Bluedart/DTDC/DHL will make attempts to deliver your package. If any duties or taxes are due, then the courier partner will require payment at the time of delivery. If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If the courier agent deems it necessary to obtain a signature and has made repeated delivery attempts, then the package is returned to us as undeliverable. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the courier partner at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
Your package may be determined undeliverable by fedex/bluedart due to it being refused by recipient:
If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package, because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift. All import duties and taxes have to be paid by the recipient.
